I went skiing today. The weather was great, but Copper hadn't had any new snow in the last 48 hours, so things were pretty packed and icy. The landings on jumps were awfully hard. Ah well, still had fun. My legs are letting me know that I'm out of shape, though

Getting shot at a lot? That is not good. Is it just your anxieties about work, or how the HMO seems to have it out for you, coming out to play and wreck a good night's rest or something? I don't know but I do wish you a pleasant night sleep without the shooting. Maybe your subconcious could change it to you vs. the mountain.
