Holy crap. That must sting (all puns aside). I hope she is feeling better. I also hope that she stops petting wasps with her foot. They may look cute - but one taste of sweet foot is enough to drive the bees wild for her. bbzzzzz!!!!!!!!!!!!
OMG! Looking at the pics and seeing the foot and not the hives, I am suddenly shown beyond the shadow of a doubt that the girl has exactly the same feet as I have, and they are nearly the same size as mine. Shee-it!
Oh, and yes, she is feeling very much better. The hives cleared up so quickly and she's had no troubles breathing, nor has she experienced tingly lips or death. She's not severely anaphylactic, thank goodness. In fact, her reaction to this one is so much better than the last, which she reminded me about. While I was looking her over for more hives, she spun around and lifted her shirt. "Make sure you look at my back, Mom. remember the last time?"
Amazing! She was 4, last time she was stung. I'd forgotten, lol.
I hate those things. I was attacked by Seven of them once, then attacked by 5 (picked a berry and there they were), and last but not least lil brat was getting attacked by one and I ran in to save her and it bite me on my very upper thigh.
