[Hey. Aisling. Ever feel like you're being... watched by something?]

[She sure does. She's spied on people enough to know the effect it has on them.

So she whips her head around.]

[No one to the left, no one to the right. No one behind. This leaves few places left to look...

Above her, resting on a tree branch, is Slugger with a handful of dead leaves. When the time seems right, he lets them go and watches as they drift down toward her.]

[When she sees the leaves, she looks up in the direction that they're falling from.

Who is that kid?]

What are you doing?

What are you doing?

He scoots his way toward a lower part of the tree limb where he can safely drop to the ground. But, landing in a crouch, he accidentally crushes some of the flowers and looks up at her as if anticipating some sort of... consequence.]

[He doesn't get anything but a scowl. Aisling doesn't like flower-crushers, but she won't attack him just for that.]

[If Slugger feels anything in response to her disapproving look, he doesn't show it and instead looks down at the flowers. He won't crush any more, but he does pick a few, which he examines closely.

Apparently, he and nature aren't well acquainted (and he might be trying to eat a petal... then immediately spitting it out). In the end, he concludes that the flowers aren't just illusions.]

...How did you make these?

Why would I? I don't need them.
