Made up this recipe last night - I was going to follow a recipe, but they were ALL so fiddly, that I made my own. I bought a new 5L slow cooker to replace my tiny slow cooker (it was maybe 2L or 3L?) which was also forming cracks in the ceramic bowl...Imagine that bad boy leaking when you were out at work for 8+ hours

I had to give back my sister's slow cooker (she didn't need it, we had a fight!)

what cut of pork did you use?

ppps. the slow cooker I wanted was a Russell Hobbs, it had a dual pot! But it suddenly disappeared when I went to buy it, discontinued :-(
I wanted to be able to cook casseroles + sides dishes the SAME time!
