cheese and cumin gougeres

i made these little suckers for the first time yesterday. tested them out on some friends who were over for a late lunch and they went down a treat! they're basically just tiny cheese puffs. the traditional french recipe calls for gruyere cheese, but i went with standard cheddar.

Ingredients:3/4 cup plain flour
