Zucchini Soup

I order a great fruit + veg box from Sydneyfresh every week and it forces me to eat seasonal. It also means that I get vegetables/fruit which I wouldn't normally buy. I haven't used my v-slicer for ages! I find for the small amount of vegies I'd use it for, it's more trouble than it's worth to clean it etc.

I make a zucchini pie that I think penelly posted a while back, it's definitely a favourite.

you have ti rinse it straight away, otherwise it's a disaster.

it's too fiddly for small amounts - but for all the above veg, it was definitely worth it!
