Birthday Cake I made for kinkybanzai

Baked Cheese Cake

Biscuit Base
1¼ cup biscuit crumbs = around 9 "Nice" biscuits
80g butter, melted (I ended up using around 100g)

I love cheese cake but I've always been scared of making it. This makes it look so easy though. I might try and make one on the weekend. I might try it with an oreo base though. A friend of mine does that and it's always exceptional.

do you have an electric mixer? it was quite easy. i'd never made one before and i was unsure as to what the consistency should be (quite runny!).

i love the oreo base, but i also made something chocolatey so i just made it plain.

well stop bloody drinking it all!

and I meant blueberries, not raspberries. I have no raspberries. My sister has a goddamn raspberry farm and I have eaten NOT one single raspberry this year :(((
