banana and sultana muffins

me again.. I had a couple of extremely ripe bananas to use up, so I found this recipe. I'm sure muffins recipes have been posted previously, but I don't like muffin recipes that have butter or margarine. (that's mini cakes not muffins!) I prefer substitutes like yoghurt, oil, apple puree etc. Makes them nice and moist, healthier too
