But I made a caramel lace cup today. I didn't even use it for anything. J and I were messing around with making caramel threads to top a cake. I melted some sugar down, greased a bowl and voila.

That's awesome, I made one about a month back... actually, thinking about it was longer ago that , but nonetheless... A WHILE BACK, I made one and it took something like 7 times to finally get it right, so I can appreciate the efforts.
