you're trying to be healthy and thus avoid the evil icing on brownies packed with chocolate, butter, sour cream...? hahaha that's like the people who buy large McValue meals and ask for diet coke!

looks good. My fave brownie recipe has dark choc and walnuts. I'll give this a try and report back!

I'm trying to be healthy, so I stopped at the icing. Actually, I lie - I just hate making things more unhealthy than they have to be. I reckon the icing woudl be so good. I made a whole batch but I just defrost them one at a time.

I've cut down a lot on food actually, because I'm hitting the gym pretty hard at the moment. I just want to eat better so I can put on more muscle.
