pizza dough

This is the pizza dough recipe I use. I want to add it here because I don't actually have it written down any place (it was in my phone - then I lost it.. though I have made it often enough to remember now)

My friend Monica (of Gusto Italiano fame) gave it to me, it's the quantity they use in the restaurant so I either cut it in half or third

I'VE made dough both by hand and by machine. you can never get it as good as the machine. all heil!!

gosh I'm just too lazy. So much effort so my weak little hands!

my uncle did a bread making course and he could never get his to work because his hands were too hot and killed the yeast.

with things so fraught with danger, why try!!!!
