So growing up, one of the most important things my dad ever told me was that no matter how good you are at something, there is always someone better at it than you - but that doesn't mean you shouldn't be glad of your own capabilities.
Here are some of mine:
I'm good with my hands. I like stitching and scrapbooking and just generally making things.
I'm good at cooking. Corollary: I'm not very good at baking at ALL. But I can make a recipe work, and I can tweak it to suit as well.
I'm good at managing people to get a task accomplished. I stage-managed at an outdoor venue every autumn for all four years of college, and it might be the single most valuable learning experience I've ever had.
