Stuff I hate to say, but need to
So it's obviously been a very long time since I've hit the old LJ, but sometimes I have stuff I just need to get out, and this is the best place to do it. That’s obviously shitty for all the obvious shitty reasons. I remember you talking about this on your blog a couple years ago and her parents telling you just to hall off and slug KK in that situation. Turns out they didn’t mean it.
Part of me wonders what would have happened if she had grabbed a knife? Would they have felt the same way?
I cannot imagine how difficult this must be for Ceri who probably wants to keep her out of your home as much as she wants to take her in which for her probably means passionately.
For what it is worth…and I know it is not much…I would not take in someone to live with me who was a proven risk of violence to my family. This is a discussion we’ve had about certain members of the brunette’s clan…what actions we can live with…and what things we cannot regardless of what it does to the relationship.
I have to think the worst part is being yelled at by the people who are creating the monster and refusing to make provisions to take care of her. That’s a dark place but one I understand.
