also, is click really that awesome? i have a wicked iced latte habit during the summer--i have an espresso machine at home so i buy starbucks espresso roast and sugar free cinnamon dolce syrup and make them myself. i've been looking for ways to incorporate protein into them, but most powders don't seem to work well for iced drinks. (even the starbucks folks won't add their protein to iced lattes) i liked nectar's cappuccino flavor okay, but it was almost a little too sweet.

LBT is a good site, one I visited quite a bit prior to and immediately after getting banded, and I recently found www.lapbandforum.com, though haven't looked into it much.
