Product Review: Xocai Protein Bar

I met a lady who works at a local health food/vitamin store and she gave me this bar for free last Sunday. I was afraid it would be disgusting so I didn't eat it right away. I was short on time this morning so I ate the bar for breakfast on my drive into work. I am very impressed. It has a yummy deep chocolate flavor with a berry undertone. Xocai

I love the sound of it, but I don't know that the 10g of protein in that bar would be worth it. Then again, the over all nutritional stats on this one are better than the current bars I get...

10's not very high for a meal for me either, but it tasted really good, and if I make my other meals for the day count then it's enough to work. You know?
