so i fell back into my usual pre-surgery laziness. some of this was fueled by my continual weight loss w/o having to lift a finger, plus for a time I was told i was not 'allowed' to exercise b/c i lost too much weight too fast. Well, that time has long since gone and during my 6 month check up it was emphatically told to get my ass off the couch

While I've never tried it I've heard great things about the C25K program - did you see they have a podcast for it? it's kind of cool, pre recorded music and then timed reminders when to switch your movement.
