This is my first attempt, and utterly failing, at writing a songfic for music club, but I didn't get the song so I at took the basic meaning, then twisted if further by making it Pat POV. This isn't my entry because that is barely has anything to do with my song, and shows another side of the meaning of a guy breaking up with a girl and he doesn't

Oki doke, no idea what the song was so I can only comment on the fic itself. While not a big fan of het, I liked the way you wrote it. It was refreshing to see it all from the wife´s POV as well. And it was interesting to see Ryan as kind of an asshole in this. I really enjoyed that.

I´m also intrigued about the second husband, is he one of the guys or somebody completely unknown?

I like your style of writing though I would recommend to proofread a bit more before posting because there were several typos. While not really a big problem, it does make things easier to read without them.

I´m sorry you´re not happy with what you wrote because I for one enjoyed it :)

I'm not either, but I can't write a bad ending, and I all these stories of have the wives as bitches, or they even deal with how it effects the wife, so I was trying to figure it out, I got inspired to do from Pat's POV.

Ryan came off as an asshole? That wasn't exactly what I wanted, I wanted to show him not showing remorse for loving Colin..

An official character of mine, a grown up version of him anyway. I didn't put it in the tags because I wanted to keep it a surprise.

I have a problem with spelling. I can use grammar a little better, but I got really bad spelling from my dad.

I like it, I'm just not happy because was supposed to be a song fic.
