Does anyone know if there's a programme/an option built in Windows/some other way that allows one to video your screen? Like a Print Screen option, except... you know, video. Motion. (Without actually having a camera outside your computer, I mean.)

I'd need to make a Quick Reference Guide for Dummies Future Generations on how to work this one
