What is that? I just read a beignet recipe that started out like (I dont know how to spell the french name but) potashu (phonetic). Anyway, bottom line was it was a cream puff like assembly of the batter and then spoon it into the fryer.

My mind went bonkers! I was thinking, I can do that! So I have decided you guys should come visit when things settle down. Show the man California and your wacky friends here and I can go crazy cooking for you.
