Ooh, this sounds great! I know you said that Ryan's around 38 in this, but even then I picture him as barely in his late twenties! Aw, he was mean to Colin! :( He better make it up to him!

Oh, late 30's is just the way I picture him, but I see what you mean! The story actually works a little better if they're both in their twenties. ^_^

I may be a bit of a late starter here, but I LOVE this! Is so cute and romantic!

I confess, when it started with "In a faraway land long ago..." I imagined a full renaissance setting, so the mention of suits, aftershave, cotton sheets and death row made me smile!

A great start to a wonderfully imaginative story! I can't wait to read more! ^_^
