Ohhhhhh. I Loved it! It's so hard to get the dialogue right but you did a really good job - loved the banter!

"Says the man with -" he pauses, pretending to look concerned, "with the unnatural growth on his face."
"It looks good," Ryan scoffs.
"Who told you that?" he replies, immediately, incredulously, and Ryan actually smiles a little.
"Well - no-one - but-"
"Exactly," Greg says, flatly.

Bearded!Ryan fic! Hurrah! I loved how their relationship changed throughout the story too. It was a really good style :)

Quick as a flash, he all but sneers back, "Clive did."

First, um, this was you? I know I shouldn't be surprised because it's you to a T, but you mentioned something to me about having to write the pairing you asked for, and I know you didn't ask for Ryan/Greg, so...

And I should so be getting ready for work, but *shrugs* I feel like leaving a comment instead. ^_^

"You drink that shit?" he manages to choke out, wiping his mouth with the back of his hand, and Ryan cocks his head slightly to the side.
"Greg," he drawls, slowly - mock flirtatiously - his eyes wide, "I'll swallow pretty much ... anything." -- I really like these two lines. The first because I love the way Ryan & Greg (assumedly) talk to each other. Always playful and sarcastic... as if they're afraid to either get in too deep or just afraid to show how deeply they really do care. And the second because it's nice when the Greg/Ryan isn't one sided. ^_^ So, so much yay for Ryan initiating things.

Ryan suddenly snatches his hand away and grabs at Greg's face, and he laughs, surprised, into Ryan's palm. "Nice." --

I LOVED this.

It's not often that I get to read a Ryan/Greg fic where Greg doesn't end up, heartbroken, lost, and bitter.

Everything here was perfect; the banter, the sweet moments, the arguments, it all seemed so right with them.
