Introduction and fic: 'Weak'

Dec 30, 2005 14:15

Hi!

I joined this comm a while ago but never really had anything to contribute so I never posted.

For my favourite het. pairing, I love: Nagi/Tot, Youji/Neu, Schu/Saku (Guess who's fault that is? Lol.) and Omi/Ouka (since they looked really cute together despite...their relation...)

For yuri pairings, I don't really have any that I love but Manx/Birman is alright. A little bit of Aya-chan/Sakura and Aya-chan/Tot is fine though.

If there's any other Tot/Nagi fans out there, I created nagixtot. It's really slow right now but hopefully will brighten up later on.

I also bring a Sakura/Crawford ficiton :)

Title: Weak

“You’re pathetic and weak.”

She hated the orange haired German, she really did. She hated him because what he said was true. Tomoe Sakura was pathetic and weak.

The teenage girl knew that she wouldn’t have shot Aya-san had she been stronger. Had she been stronger, then the German mind controller wouldn’t have been able to invade her mind.

But the sad truth was that she wasn’t strong at all. Now what would Aya-san think of her? Did he know that she was being controlled? Sakura hoped that he knew how much it hurt for her to do that to him…

As the girl slid down the bedroom wall, a sudden thought ran through her head.

Did tears show weakness? So if she shed tears for Aya-san, would that show that she truly was pathetic and weak? But did it matter now?

She was obviously a normal girl in the opinion of Schwarz. Nothing she did would matter to them now. So maybe shedding tears for someone she admired would be okay…it wasn’t like they knew what it was like to shoot someone you cared about.

Tears made their way done her cheeks as she mourned. Aya-san would most definitely hate her now. He would think that she really cared about him being an assassin. It didn’t matter to her anymore; Aya-san obviously had his reasons for doing what he did.

A sudden blinding light caught her attention. Instinctively, she responded by having an arm covering her wet eyes.

“Crying? You really are weak.”

Sakura positioned her arm so that an eye was visible. She found Brad Crawford, head of Schwarz, leaning against the window sill of her room. The level of light emitted from the sun told her that it was nearing night time. The light was enough for her to see that that man was smirking.

She didn’t say anything and looked away. The last thing she wanted was him to torment her like the German would if he saw her like this. He had told her that Crawford could see into the future. It was more of a warning for her then simple conversation, he told her not to bother escaping. But if that man could look into the future, then he would see that she wouldn’t respond to whatever he said. Then he would hopefully go away.

“I’m talking to you.”

She felt fingers at her chin and involuntarily moved her head to see straight ahead, no thanks to him.

“I don’t want to talk to you.”
“Well well…” Another smirk could be seen and Sakura moved her eyes away. She really didn’t want to see his face at the moment.

“You know, I could do anything I wanted and you wouldn’t be able to do anything about it.”

Sakura exhaled a sharp breathe and looked back at him.

“Why are you here? Don’t you have things to do?”
“…Do you know why you’re weak? You let your emotions show.” She felt her temper rise a little when he ignored her words prior to his remark. Pulling her chin away from the older male, Sakura kept her gaze on the window.

“Emotions make me human.”
“Then what am I?”
“…I don’t know.”
“Heh. Predictable.”

Had her gaze lingered on Crawford, she would have seen him rapidly closing the gap between them. He placed his hand on her shoulder and all she did was widen her eyes. After he pulled away, she found yet another smirk on his face.

“Weak and pathetic.”

Sakura breathed in and out rapidly, having her eyes transfixed on little patch of floor ahead of her. Her frustration had reached her peak. She looked up at the man, who was currently walking away from her.

“You!”

He looked back lazily and right away she could tell that he wasn’t expecting her to charge at him. She jumped at him with full force and he caught her, falling back in the process.

“I. Am. Not. Weak.”

After those words were spoken, her lips smashed against his. She didn’t know how long they were in that position but she knew that her frustration level was disintegrating.

He pushed her off of him before standing up. She landed on her side and then sat up to nurse her arm.

Before the door slammed shut, Sakura could’ve have sworn that she heard him say,

“We’ll see.”
