He blinked when the room illuminated, his own wand pointed at Neville as Neville looked sheepishly at them all. Terry frowned, wondering if he'd heard Neville correctly. "You've... what?"

"I tried to lock the door, and it...turned into something, stabbed me and...ran under the door." He lifted his hand and dabbed at the wound with the sleeve of his dressing gown.
"I can't undo it, either. Everything I do just seems to...bounce off."

"You always were one hell of a wizard, Neville," he said with a soft chuckle. Terry rubbed his eyes, looking at Neville a little more clearly now. "So are we trapped in here?"
Reply
"It doesn't help that I haven't touched my wand in a week...and yes, I think we're trapped until someone outside comes and lets us out. I don't imagine the handle's gone on that side."

Kevin was right pissed now. In fact he was livid.
"Parkinson you stupid twit. That's 320 thread count hand selected egyptian cotton your binding Longbottom's leg with. I do hope you're fucking planning on replacing them and fast."
He was standing in his black silk boxers, hair ruffled from sleep, eyes dark with lack of sleep and frustration.
"And what the fuck did you do anyway, Longbottom? It's a bloody bedroom, the only sharp edges around here are the pages in your journal and I sure as hell shouldn't have to give up my bed linens for a god damn paper cut."
Kevin paused, staring with a mounting sense of alarm at the door.
"And where is the freaking doorknob?"

"It ran away," he explained, in a voice just loud enough to carry.
Now he turned his attention back to the bottle in his hands, staring at the dark green glass for a moment before changing the subject just as abruptly, back to the game. "So, P-Pansy?" He offered the bottle towards her.
Reply
"I just hope that doorknob doesn't attack anyone else," he said with a grin.

Anything but wait for the inevitable scolding that Kevin was going to give him...or beating. It was like being caged with a lion.
