Neville stood in the doorway in from the house, his arms folded over his chest, looking down at Draco where he stood in the garden, flushed and unhappy. He couldn't help himself, he laughed out loud at the sight of him, moving out onto the path and then past the bushes.

"I think I'm going to stay and watch the show," he said, dryly. "This is going to be brilliant."

Daphne brushed past Neville, and walked over to Draco. She stared miserably at the fence.
"Oh for Circe's sake." she muttered under her breath.
"Well, I for one do not intend to go another week without my wand, Draco, so I suggest we get started."
She looked what appeared to some sort of muggle wands, with weird metal things on the end. She had no idea what to do with it.
She let out a frustrated sigh. She picked up a heavy stick with a rather large piece of metal on it. It has a little label on it.
"A.. hammer?" Daphne felt like a complete imbecile. How on earth were they ever going to get this done?

This was not good.

It was clear that Daphne was as unknowing as Draco was.

He threw his hands in the air and let out a frustrated sigh. "Get started how? We need the Weasel for a job like this."

Daphne felt like groaning, which she was of course not going to do, as it was very un-womanly. Instead she glared at Draco.
"Yes, but as he's not around, we'll have to work it out on our own."
She rummaged through the toolbox. Aha! Magazines!
She tossed one to Draco.
"Here! Educate yourself, and do it quickly." she said, and started skimming through her own.

It irritated Draco to no ends that Daphne was right. They had to start working or else they would never get their wands back.

He looked through the manual. It surely explained thoroughly how to do it. Maybe this was doable. First they needed to cut away the original fence, they needed some cutting nippers? "What the hell was that" Draco thought to himself looking at the tools.

"Can you believe it Daphne, what those idiots at the Ministry are making us do. Do you know which one, is the cutting nippers? " he said, shaking his head in disbelief.
