My main problem is I'm too impatient and always think that I want something done right I might as well do it myself. I'm also just so used to making my own drinks because even if Josh was off in his own little works he was at least doing something. I'm also worried about forgetting about drinks because bar backs (myself included in this) tend to forget to let the server know the drinks are done. Prebussing and water I like to do myself too just because it gives me an easy to chance to check on my tables.

Oh well. I'll work on it on Sunday when it's just me and him on the floor.

I hate being "the boss" at work sometimes because even though I love the fact that things are supposed to be done my way, I have the same problem of feeling like I'm being a bitch when I TELL someone to do something instead of ASKING. but yeah grl, don't do that guy's work for him, it'll only exacerbate the issue. I haaaaaaate waiting around for Brennan to do the dishes or whatever but I know that if I just give up and do it myself then he gets off the hook and knows that in the future if he waits long enough I'll do it myself.

Yeah I feel like I am being a bitch, and sometimes I am (I can be scary at work sometimes, this I know) but even when I am not I feel like I am. Obviously I'd never make it as any sort of manager hahahahaa

I'm pissed off at my hair atm, too.. I'm just like.. uughh get out of this awkward growing out stage!

Mine is in the same stage. Just seriously going to pin it up until it grows a few more inches and try not to heat style it. It should grow faster that way, without heat styling. At least I hope/think.
