I didn't get to see the actual ceremony, but I didn't hear many good things about Anne and James' hosting. It seems like the hosts are so rarely liked, though... I loved how you put a positive spin on this!
I'm so glad someone agrees with me on the original score category. It's Hans Zimmer. Hans. Zimmer. Dream is Collapsing and Time? How is that not brilliant? /end rant.
I thought Natalie Portman was the best dressed. What she wore on Oscar night was exactly how people are going to remember her forever, posing with her Oscar statue in her lovely purple dress and her hair swept to one side... she really looked like a movie star. I loved it. :)
Oh, Anne Hathaway's was just stunning. She's lovely in red! I don't know how I felt about the upper part of Cate Blanchett's dress, but I LOVED the skirt of it! The fabric looked lovely!
