Figured I should post about Endgame to avoid ambushing all of my non-Endgame friends with details of a game they aren't necessarily interested in.  Plus it'll help get my mind off the mini-disaster that is my friend's missing swords. (I should never borrow anything from anyone. This is a good lesson.)

I'm (not seriously) worried he's going to start wandering around Temple, going up to his favorite handful or two of people with wide eyes and proclaiming "You're aweeeesome..." He sorta did it once to Peregrine...

The only thing I can say in my overtired state right now is that Peregrine noticed this and had no idea of how to deal with this at all. He has a bird face! He are serious ghostwalker! He are creepy and weird and walks through the underworld and why is this person so haaaaaaaappy at me?!

It was pretty awesome. :)

He takes charge of things and takes responsibility and seems competent and makes things make sense! Well, relative to how much sense they made before, anyway. Plus he's always been both friendly and humorous around Spence, which earns him big points and sucks away the creepy factor. (Remember the sunglasses?) He would have talked to him more, but he didn't want to interrupt important things.

It was pretty awesome. :)

Er . . . isn't Nicole at least a little like this towards Peregrine all the time? XD

It flusters him a bit then, too, but she has the benefit of having known him previously. I think Spence first met Peregrine with the mask on at the time.
