So, I'm working on Sara's icons and I'm trying to decide on a style. Let me know what you think?

The ones with white are definitely best, since using a pink color lowers your contrast as it is. Try adding Lighten or Overlay layers of a different color over the Color layer to get a slightly ranged effect if you want something a little more striking.
