...You're alright with this, right? I don't want it to seem like we aren't all going to miss you...that's not the case at all. But there are bigger things for you to do, right? And we want to see you succeed at those as well. And that's why it's okay to say goodbye, even if part of me doesn't want to see you go.

Right! I mean, I'll miss everybody here, too. More than you guys will ever know. But I don't want to be crying while I'm saying goodbye, you know? It shouldn't be sad, because "goodbye" doesn't mean "forever." Who knows, I could come back some day!
