it's so weird because i didn't think of this as really sad as i was writing it. but i guess it is. anyway, i tell you happy stories all the time!

but they're all still connected! (and i feel like they probably - the three of them - hang out when spencer gets back from touring. there's a lot of stuff i edited out. /o\) anyway, yes. sad, lonely boys.

i like the way this is structured, four parts for four boys. it makes the situation seem so much more poignant like that.

there's this really great feeling you've got going on here, about missed opportunities and regrets. i really like it.

i debated so hard about adding a part for brent and it just didn't feel right without him, so. i'm so glad the structure worked.
