When I saw my psychiatrist she prescribed Ambien (sp?) to help me sleep. Well it hasn't helped it at all, I've been on it nearly a week. The Topomax (which I've been on before) has started to help with my mood swings but the Ambien isn't working at all. Had a hour of sleep. Awww, I'm sorry you have trouble sleeping. My dad uses Ambien too, but he hates Lunesta. Maybe that one would work for you? My mom takes Topomax regularly too.

Yeah my hair feels greasy when I dont sleep well either!

Well physiologically speaking, being prone to the chills could be related to a lack of sleep, since sleep is theorized to be involved in regulating the body's thermostat, and the chills are caused by the body's thermostat becoming too high, hence a false sense of being cold when one is a normal temperature (yes, I am writing an essay on the importance of sleep at the moment, I am a nerd).
