I'm back from the Lange Foundation. I'm volunteering for the cats since I'm not really a dog person. I had my orientation that showed me what to do and what not to do. I found out about the FL room that is in desperate need for attention but can only be handled last because of the danger to the other cats (and mine). So I went into one of the

Oh, I like dogs don't get me wrong! I have a doggy from a rescue over in San Diego county actually, a dane *point to icon*. However, if everybody were divided into 'dog people', 'cat people', or 'no thanks to either people' I would be the cat person. I can never be without a kittah!

Ah, I was just messing anyway. Danes are my fave. I want one when one of my dogs die (mwahahahah!) not that I WANT them too...:P
I just can't have a Dane AND my two rambuncious nerd dogs...heehee...I get what you mean though...

Remember, even if the kitty is not friendly, keep playing with him anyways. The more you play the more he'll be tamed and more adoptable he becomes. I played with my feral persian kitten until he's not feral anymore. Believe me I got scars to prove it, but I got loved, too.

*melts* those cats are sooooo sweet! I would love to do some volunteering at the local shelter but I'm just too darn busy right now!
