It's the hair. If they would just keep Narcissa's hair a solid color, it would make her look worlds better.

Nah, I'm not a fan of Narcissa there either. I always pictured her a little younger, too, though it is possible I only imagined her as Bellatrix's younger sister. This person looks the part for Helena Bonham Carter's mother, not sister. Which makes sense in my head, maybe Narcissa was not a key follower like Lucious and Bellatrix, being younger, and thereby not as insane? It's a thought. It doesn't have to followed as law that every wizarding couple met at and married upon graduation at Hogwarts.

Tom Riddle has been well-chosen, though.
