Dear favoritest creator in the world <3,
Everything you make is gorgeous, and you may be the cause of my downloads folder exploding. Thank you for making the prettiest, most useful, beautiful works of art that you call sim clothes. I wish I was your friend in RL. Then maybe you could teach me a thing or two about meshing/texturing. And also we could share clothes as we have such similar taste :).

Of course, you can use them. :)
Concerning the dresses on GOS, however, I need to ask you to use the plain textures (on the booted dresses), just in case those were not the ones you meant to use originally. There might be some issues with the patterned ones. The plain texture is fine, however. So, please, don't worry, and go ahead.
