I'm looking for someone to hit the gym with. Sparing wise I have experience of hand to hand and some basic martial arts? Let me know anyway.

I was walking past Amanda's room when I smelled blood; the door was unlocked, an when I entered, Ms. Young was already dead. I tried to take your inmate to zero, but was overpowered. [Which is OBSCENELY embarrassing to her, which means this gets told in an utterly, coldly logical voice.]
