Well... They're picky about what they want to eat. They can be standoffish, but when they're inquisitive they'll poke into everything. They're pretty solitary, but sometimes they warm up to a few people.

Martha Jones has one, as I recall.

No. They purr sometimes if they're happy. They might be loud if they're hungry. But then if they're fed they quiet right back down.
