My mum asked if it's OK for her to wear to her niece's (younger sister's daughter) wedding what she wore to her nephew's (older sister's son) wedding. Should we have said no?
Dahling - just change the accessories - it's amazing what a difference a chunky necklace will make!
My daughter-in-law is going to #w2 son's wedding this weekend, then her sister's at the end of the month. Same outfit for both. I think she's feeling a bit left out because she's not involved in her sister's at all, and #1 son is not involved with his brother's. Funnily enough, #2 son went to great lengths to let #1 son know who he SHOULD have invited to his wedding... funny when the boot's on the other foot. After this, I don't want to have anything to do with them for a while. I expect both parties will sit back in a couple of years and regret that choices they made. They are all too young and selfish to realise that friends come and go, but your family will always be there - if you're lucky.
