We now have another rat. Hubby decided Twitch was lonely, so Whiskers has joined the menagerie. And all along my mother thought *I* was the bad one for collecting random animals

*Hugs*. You would have thought, given the amount of money we have had to spend at church for disabled access & disabled loo & all that, they would be able to give you a grant for a downstairs loo, or even a cupboard into which you could put a Porta-pottie, or bucket, or something....

You have every right to let rip about the quality of your life now and then! I have no idea how you stay so outwardly cheerful so much of the time! Aren't you supposed to be hearing something from the council about all this? Was it the end of Feb that they told the papers?

Maybe time to get in touch with the Sunday Post Rachel as this is appalling. The amount of times we heard public buildings were going to be fined for not having disabled access, loos etc, and yet the council cannot do something to give a person help and dignity in her own home.

I so know the anger that is felt by "your so lucky to be disabled cos you get extra money/can park near the shops" sure, and in exchange i'd love not to have these things and you can have the pain too!

I think it's time to go weep and wail at the doctors for a referal back to the popping out your joints specialist. and possibly yet another pain killer review.

rantage at the housing people at the council will also be a good plan (as will a letter of support from your doctor about your housing needs)
