Dorris found the head of customer relations to be intolerant and prone to temper tantrums at the slightest hint of unproductivity, but he listened right away to her entire story. Much to her dismay. To be fair, given the situation, it couldn’t very well be avoided

I like everything about this, but I especially like Dorris. Besides being a legend on Farmville, her attitude is great for the overall mood of the piece.

Fabulous. Men and their ridiculous expectations. Good for Doris for giving it a shot, anyway. Good for the crew for seeing her other values. Good her for for sticking the bank and its manager with their comeuppance.
