I've found myself wrapped in a man's arms feeling comfort, happiness, awkwardness and one time regret.

As I read this line I was nodding my head. One of the best things that I can say about a story is that I identify with it...and I completely identified with Hermione in this.

and the last line. *sigh* So perfect!

I'm so glad you indentified with the portrayal.

This vision of Draco may be a bit romanticized, but I think that's realistic as seen through the eyes of Hermione in this situation. I was trying very much to capture the feeling of how different it is to be with someone you are fond of versus someone you really LOVE. And, the emotional nakedness.
