Slutty McWhore is ruining my second favorite holiday. I had to go to the mall to pick some things up this morning, and I decided to stop by the Halloween store to see what sort of costumes they had. Dream a little dream of meeeeeeee. :P What was the dream about? Were there space monkeys involved? Terrifying space monkeys?

It really sucks about the costumes. I was thinking of doing Alice in Wonderland or the Queen of Hearts, but they were all cleavage and short skirts. BOO I SAY. BOO.

I had that same problem the other day with shopping for a costume. Every woman's costume I found was a cheap slutty version. If you had wanted to be Alice in Hookerland, and I wanted to be Snow Wench, we'd be covered. It's like the idea of a wholesome adult's costume has gone completely out the window. Luckily there are a few other costume stores in the area. I'm hoping to have better luck with one of them.

Who's Danny? I heard about RENT closing. That makes me kind of sad because I still haven't seen it. It came to OU when I was at school, and a bunch of my friends went to see it, but at the time I was just kind of "Eh, whatever." I haven't even seen the movie, either!

You're welcome for the mix tape! If I were more technologically inclined, I would send you a recording like the one you sent me, but I thought the v-gift would be the next best thing. I remember seeing you say something about that in your journal the other day. But I figure if I can't find anything suitable, an Alice costume shouldn't be too difficult to make myself. Blue dress, an apron, and some tights and I should be all set. Hopefully you find something good in those other stores!

Danny was one of the other assistant managers at the movie theatre with Brandon. He and I got to be friends when we would hang out at dry runs. And I know what you want to say right now, but try and restrain yourself, please! ;)

I would love to make that chili cheese dip while you're here. You may have to bring the recipe again, though. I think I've lost it since you originally sent it to me. Were you thinking for the party, or for our junk food/movie night? (Oh, and check my info page!)

Hmmm, you saw that? Funny how I didn't know. :P And yes, you could make an Alice costume just fine. Belle, on the other hand, is a little more complicated. They don't exactly sell the stuff to make gold ballgowns and matching gloves on the shelves these days.

You like to take away all my fun, don't you? :P All right, I'll begrudgingly keep it to myself for now, but you'd better be prepared to get slammed with such comments while I'm out there! And yes, one in particular is going to get hammered whether you like it or not.

Well, I don't have the recipe on paper anywhere, but it's like the shortest and easiest recipe there is, so we shoudln't have any problems. We can do it for either night, or both nights, if you really want to.
