[Squall had been in his office on the third floor the moment Garden crash-landed along the surface of the water. The odd thing here and there had fallen off his desk and shelves, himself jolted in his chair. Once everything seemed to calm, only then did he abandon his paperwork to leave the office and begin to make his way from one end of the floor

[All the commotion today was enough to ruin Albert's teatime, which is absolutely sacred for him. It's not everyday he get's a chance to unwind, but it seem today wouldn't be that day. Paying very little heed to the Headmaster's words, the not-so-genial warlock decided to venture into the hall.]

My word, this Garden is livelier than Hong Kong during the New Year.

[Squall's nearby when he hears the older man speaking. He turns towards him and looks him over.] (He doesn't look hurt. But it can't hurt to ask..)

You hurt at all?

[He gave the young SeeD Commander a smile in reply.]

Not at all, but I do believe that others haven't fared as well as I.

[Just how many injured students and faculty were there? Albert wouldn't be surprised if Yuri or Alice was amongst the causalities.]

Venturing towards the lower levels, are you?

Cadets are forbidden from entering the basement. [Narrows his eyes slightly.]

[Oh, hello. Here are the stairs.

They are not frequently blocked by wee five-foot tall cadets who appear to be bleeding from the head. This is probably something that the Commander should be looking into, considering he looks like he's in a bit of pain - the falling started just as he started down the stairs, and he was in kind of a hurry, so not exactly... balanced.

This is the end result. He looks distinctly out of it and close to tears, and in a lot of pain.]

[Squall hadn't seen the cadet take his tumble but as soon as he spotted him on the ground and in pain, bleeding, the Commander quickly hurries to the cadet's side, crouching down.]

What happened?

[Rion doesn't say anything. His hand motions give absolutely no fucking idea as to what happened other than that whatever it was, it was pretty dramatic. See, Rion defaults to sign language, and he's not even sure where his writing stuff is (it's on the other side of the hall, across from him), and, well.

Basically, Squall gets no assistance at all. Detective Squall, can you crack the case of the mysterious kid at the foot of the stairs after the building he was in just FELL DOWNWARDS?]

[Squall inspects the area of injury for a moment and then looks at his face, watching him.]

I need to get you to the infirmary. Will you be alright to walk?
