They are not frequently blocked by wee five-foot tall cadets who appear to be bleeding from the head. This is probably something that the Commander should be looking into, considering he looks like he's in a bit of pain - the falling started just as he started down the stairs, and he was in kind of a hurry, so not exactly... balanced.
This is the end result. He looks distinctly out of it and close to tears, and in a lot of pain.]
