It made me able to control fire.

Merely control or also create it?

Both.

I assume you enjoyed that stint in using someone's powers, then.

I was given the ability to fly or levitate. I don't usually have any outstanding abilities that would be considered unnatural or outside of the human spectrum though.

I see.

I trust you've adapted to the ability while it was in effect?

For the most part. It wasn't too much of a trouble. At some points if I get too involved in some things, I start floating without realizing it though.

You'd levitate naturally when you're not concentrating.

That's interesting.

I was given the power to tranform myself into whatever I wanted. It wasn't very fun when you can't control it.

No, I would imagine not. Humans rarely have any understanding of what they're facing in situations like these.

I can understand some situations, but not something like that all of a sudden.

How long have you been here? These sort of situations are common occurrences, sadly.

nothing of interest to offer?? harsh

hey, i'm pretty sure i didn't get affected cause i just got here, but can i ask what "stunt" you're talking about? the TC doesn't just drag us here, it does weird stuff to us too?

[sorry for the html fail!]

Hardly. Time compression chose [ for lack of a better word, really ] to gift certain people with powers, while taking away others'. A few students have told me theirs switched with another, all in all creating quite a stir amid the school.

Consider yourself fortunate that you weren't involved. It appears time compression is nothing but a disaster, frustrating students and staff alike.

[ ooc: it's all good! also sorry for the editing because what is reading comprehension. ]

weird. yeah i'm glad i missed that. so it does keep doing things to us once we get here... you'd think they'd try harder to fix it

i'm lea by the way! nice to meet you. you a student here too?

Simply put, I don't think they care. It seems to primarily affect the type of people who have long since differed from the ideology of "normal", so naturally there would be no need to interfere unless humanity is threatened.

I teach. Philosophy and Tactical Strategy.

You'd say I switched powers.
Identification?

I already gave mine when I sent out the message.

Did you switch with another resident here, or was it an entirely new power?

freewolfmoon September 27 2011, 15:32:13 UTC
[Well, text is the only option, which is why Fenris doesn't use the BBS much--having to wait for the text-to-speech (and vice versa) program is awkward and embarrassing. But this is relevant to his interests, so he soldiers on.]

Another resident.
I wasn't asking for your identification i was asking what you meant. By round up for identification.

[ The time between messages doesn't matter. Erik is a patient man regardless, and for something of this magnitude, he will wait as long as he needs. ]

I meant exactly that. I have no desire to make anyone's identity known against their will. There has been far too much of that, and risking someone's life because of what they can do isn't worth knowing who they are.

What ability did you gain, if you don't mind my asking.
