What is missing is not of the physical sort. However, it is still just as dangerous if it has managed to be stolen.

That which has been lost has no physical value. It is not something like that.

It is my abilities that have come up missing. I am unsure how you could describe that. Perhaps the one thing that could visibly be the same is my glaive.

I find myself quite suddenly lacking my abilities. It is important that I locate whoever took them from me. If you would be so kind as to help search for these, I would be indebted to you.

It is very possible that my glaive is also in the possession of the one who stole my powers.

Quite possibly. The time Compression does some screwy things sometimes.

So it would seem. However, I would quite like to know if my abilities have simply vanished or passed on to another. If it is the latter, then there is a need to meet with that person so they do not cause accidental harm.
