[Helena shakes her head quickly, before her eyes flash down to the comic book, and back at his face again. She just can't help but smile at that.]

No, sorry, just reflecting. It's been a while since I've been here.

So you're a new teacher or something? That's pretty schway. [He's not even trying to be embarrassed about having been caught with a comic book. By now, it's pretty old-hat... and besides, the book's more than worth it.]

Yes, I am. [She can't help but laugh a little nervously at the unfamiliar word though.] If that means good, yes, it is a good thing. I'm the new Criminal Justice instructor.

[ She was still trying to get the hang of this place. Everything was completely different from what she was used to back home. It didn't help that she was trying to keep her distance from many people here as well. She just didn't feel like being social.

But that changed when she noticed this woman with a bunch of bags with her. She looked a little troubled so Sasha walked on over. Without a word to the woman, she took two bags and heaved them over her shoulders. ]

[Helena wasn't expecting the sudden help, and she almost missteps. Luckily, her advanced sense of balance saves her, so instead of falling, she put a charming smile on her face.]

Um- thank you? [She was helping her. Right?]

Interests is taking my passion for my work too lightly. Back where I am from, I was once a legislacerator. I spend most of my time studying everything. Hehehe. I never get tired of it of course.

I believe we'll get along just fine, then. I spent all of my adult life studying law and criminal justice, and spent a few years as an attorney. My life's dream has always been to bring criminals to a justice.

[That voice. She'd know that voice anywhere. She whips her head over to stare wide-eyed at him for a moment, falling very still.]

Dick? [And then she's suddenly abandoned her bags where they are, and she throws her arms around the poor guy. She might be trembling a little bit too.]

You're alright!

[He raises an eyebrow. Not the reaction he was expecting. The whole wide-eyed stare then suddenly having someone he doesn't really recognize throwing themselves at him. Oh...and the knowing his name thing already.]

Wai-Uhm. I don't think we've met before? I can't fathom what you mean by alright. I don't recall being in danger.

[She doesn't let go of him, though she does begin to notice little, different things. Like how he seems to have grown a little. Or how he just said he didn't know who she was. She's so overwhelmed by emotions though, that she doesn't really think about it. In fact, she's getting a little desperate. ]
