[Switching between classes and his dorm Zuko's heading for the elevator to get his other books for his other class. He glances off towards the directory and continues on as if there was nothing out of the ordinary there. Then his head swivels back around and him with it. For a minute he swears he's seeing things, he has to be.

Change of direction-- class can wait.

Zuko heads over to the directory with his eyes glued to the back of her head. No one else he knows has a short bob of black hair like that.]

[Toph's already turning when he's coming over--she'd recognize his shape anywhere.]

[Oh. Woah. It is her. Zuko stops and stares at her.]

You're back! Uh- wait-- did you just get here?

What do you mean, I'm back? I've never been here before. What're you doing here? Are the others here?

[Aang is passing through the quad when he notices all these people tripping, so he looks around the area to see if the ground is just more bumpy than usual. Instead, he spots Toph sitting off against a wall and he runs over to her, smiling widely.]

Toph! You're back!

[Bingo. Toph pats the ground next to her]

I've never been here before, Twinkle Toes.

[Aang sighs and sits down next to her. Stupid Time Compression.] Yeah, yeah, sure. So when did you get here?

[Botan notices her eyes and makes the assumption that she is indeed blind. She doesn't, however, have a damn clue that Toph can read ground vibrations and makes no move to cease her position on her oar.]

[Well. Balamb Garden isn't exactly crawling with earthbenders, so it isn't like Sokka actually needs to watch where he's treading. Not at a place where he's used to the floor being, y'know, flat.

So it's when he suddenly trips over seemingly NOTHING that he stumbles forward a couple steps, waving an arm to keep his balance and dropping the books he's been carrying.]

[Toph has to try really hard not to just die laughing. Oh Sokka. She shifts the ground under his books so one of them scoots away]

I saw that! [Okay, the ground DEFINITELY moved there. Glowering down at the floor, he moves after the runaway book.] Get back here!

[Who is he talking to? The ground? The book? Nobody knows.]

[Toph keeps scooting the book until it stops at her feet. She's grinning this time]
