[By now Conner's memorized the Garden layout and where everything is, the classrooms and the dorms, all of that. It's good knowledge to have stored away just in case anything in the future happens. He passes by the directory without glancing in the other dark-haired cadet's direction, his Garden jacket open and his S-shield shirt showing underneath.

Again, there's that odd sensation, the very same one he'd felt when bumping into Superman the other day. It makes him slow to a halt and stare at the ground, trying to pinpoint where it's coming from. Does this mean he'll feel that weird feeling whenever he's in Superman's presence? Wait-- is he ( ... )

[Conner turns towards the voice, familiar, but indistinguishable. There he finds another youth who looks so very much like him. Right down to that shirt. He blinks startled.]

Uh, yea...that's me. A-Are you Kon, too? [Conner wasn't too sure how to react, other than the surprise and fascination. This was different from seeing Match, or even Superboy-Prime. A feeling inside him told him so.]

[Conner comes around the directory and stares at Kon. He's not sure what to think other than how this guy looks almost exactly like him... almost... They have the same dark hair, the same bright blue eyes that are only known to a Kryptonian, the same height... and probably the same muscle mass...

This meant... they were both clones of Superman? If they were both Superboy then..]

No- I... no. I am Su-- [He has to stop falling back on the old habit of calling himself Superboy.] ...Conner.

Conner? As in Kent? [So the similarities between them went further than just physical. Conner wonders just how identical their lives were.]

So you're Conner Kent, but not Kon El? Uh, where do you live, exactly? In your world, I mean.

[Even more questions pop into Conner's head, and okay this might be getting a little out of hand.] I think...we're on totally different channels here.

[He frowns at the schedule in hand, and then looks at his mirror image in front of him. He's genuinely curious about the other. Where their similarities meet and end.] Um, I think I have to get to class, but if you don't mind. Do you...do you think you want to sit down and chat later?

Somewhere more private would probably be better. [Conner notices that they were in the quad and people could probably hear them if they got close enough. He wasn't sure shelling out his life story in public was the best idea in a new place.]
