[Tom, on the other hand, was just about to head to town for a late brunch (he'd missed breakfast this morning). He starts to pass Botan, then steps back and takes a double-take. Holy crap, is it... it is.]

Botan! Hey! [offers her a one-armed hug] Long time no see!

[Botan looks up a split second before Tom hugs her, the tune she was humming dying upon her lips and brightens as if today is just the best day ever.]

[And here's a cheerful blue-haired girl, five years your younger, throwing herself at you, Tom. Hugging tiems it is nao?]

[Of course! He doesn't mind Botan hugs in the least. Laughing, he wraps both arms around her now.] How was your mission? Did it go well?

[He's assuming so, especially since she's back here at Garden. It's weird, to call it home, but it sure feels like it to him.]

[Botan isn't in any hurry to break the hug. She missed Tom lots.]

There were a few small hiccups in the beginning, but overall it went just fine~

[She's musing aloud, her tone isn't harsh at all, just thoughtful. She hopes she can teach these new cadets well enough.

A pleasure! [She is happy to shake his hand in return. After a moment, her curiosity gets the better of her and she tilts her head curiously at him.] Hum~ Instructor or...cadet!

[Sharpay's headed out of the cafeteria when she spots that familiar blue ponytail she hasn't seen in a while.]

Plenty. Botan, it's good to see you again!

[Hmm? Who is...Oh! There is a moment of utter glee when Botan recognizes her old fellow cadet~]

Sharpay! Hello! [She jogs over to the other, beaming.] Oh, my~ You look well. Life been treating you good, hmm?
