I spent most of the day at the hospital and I made it known that I had no intention of leaving until I saw him. Finally at 8pm I got to. P and I went in and he said he was feeling better. He also said that last night he was quite certain he wasn't going to make it. He's still in quite a bit of pain. He said he wanted the doctors to go in and take

I havent mediated or used my energy for healing in a long time. Meditation has always been difficult and when I went though my divorce I just stopped all together. I have tried a few times since then with no luck. I need to start again. Have you ever attempted energy transfer with someone?
I am glad you got to talk to him. I hope you got to say what you needed to to be at peace

I have tried an energy transfer once.. it left me completely drained. :( And I haven't tried it since. Meditation is sometimes really hard to get back into. I have had problems with it in the past.. then it got easier. Then life happened and I slacked off again. Now I try to do some meditation to help me sleep because I have such a hard time with that.

I have only known two people who could do it and they were very experienced so I was ok. One of the people was a make whom I was having sexual relations with and OMG doing it during sex is the best. I really need to get back into so I can teach richard. This one time (sorry if this is tmi) I was giving him head but also transferring energy with him I was paralized when I was done because he was giving me way more energy then I was releasing. It was nuts.
