Or at least that's what they are telling us. Two chambers of his heart are now gone. They have him sedated and he is in and out. They have him in ICU in the 'critical' area but he is stable. I got to see him with P today but only for a minute and I didn't get a chance to say anything. :/ After that we left and went home; cleaned the house, did ( Read more... )

I am very glad that you were able to see your FIL. I think that someone recommended writing him a letter...why don't you do that? Just write down how you feel and leave it with him. If he can read it, that will be wonderful. If not, I am sure he will eventually read it or know what it says inside. I still say that he knows how you feel already, but it might be therapeutic for you to write it all out and give it to him.

What is a beading loom?? It sounds like something too dangerous for Annie to own. LOL

You don't always have to entertain or write bright, happy journals. One of the reasons I was drawn to your journal is because you seem so real. Never apologize for that, okay?

You have so much going for you. You're strong, you're quite obviously a wonderful mother, and you are absolutely beautiful, inside and out. You have extremely expressive eyes, and I really think only people who have a lot to express, pain and happiness, have those kind of eyes.
